A-H: Explicit Instruction Develop a cohesive and research-based argument for the position you have been assigned. Be sure to include the principles that guide each approach and set it apart from the others, as well as in-text research that supports this approach. Explicit Instruction-For Sped. Students, does work because it is detailed, organized and resulted geared. It has rules and is well designed. Because of modeling, practice and scaffolding it has proven to be successful. It also requires high standards. This is different from differentiation and UDL because differentiation has peer coaching and is different from others learning in the class. UDL is different because it also is different for different students in the classroom. Explicit Instruction does not have this.
